1. Can you accept small quantity for trial order?
Yes, we hope you can have your market tested at the lowest cost.
A kind reminder that the trial order is mainly for our common products in regular configuration, no special requirements or finishes.

2. Do you provide OEM/ODM services ?
Yes, we have a professional team for product design, R&D, package design, quality Control
and provide one-stop-shop service for the products from designing, developing, prototyping, tooling, producing to shipping.
Our engineers have 5-15 years working experience to make solutions for you.

3.What about the lead time?
Usually it's about 20-30 days. We can expedite the time if necessary.

4.How about the quality?
Normally our product can meet the standards e.g. EN 1112, ACS, KTW, WRAS,CUPC, Watermark, Watersense.
The surface treatment includes Chrome, Matt Black, Brushed Nickel, ORB, PVD etc. And the testing standard can be CASS4hrs, CASS8hrs, ASS24hrs and so on. 
We can send samples for your testing, and you may have your QC come to inspect the products before shipment, last but not least, our company will be always accompany with you in case of any complaints.

5.How about the payment ?
T/T, L/C ,Western Union, usually 30% deposit.

6. How can I get some samples?
We are willing to offer small qty of samples free of charge, but you are expected to afford the freight cost.
